E-max is one of the largest electronics retailers in the UAE ,established in the year 2006, as an integral part of the iconic Landmark Group, E-max has grown to be the 2nd largest electronics retail chain in the Middle East with over 30 stores across UAE, Oman and Qatar. We pride ourselves on the close collaboration with the client on truly capturing their needs and creating the best possible consumer experience in-store.

Delegated as a Design Consultant of the new Fathima HQ warehouse, SM+D designed the Exterior Architectural side and the Interior side of the Warehouse & Office. Established in 1973, the Fathima Group of Companies evolved at the pace of its regional environment through the years, with a particular focus on Modern Retail. Completed in 2014, the 300,000 sq.ft. Standalone project houses the offices and warehouse facility of Fathima. It was designed with modern contemporary box type exterior design.

SM+D pitched in creating the design for the giant warehouse of Landmark Group proposed in the region of UAE. One of the most ambitious projects of landmark group in creating the massive and the largest central distribution center in the whole of GCC. This project marked the expertise of SM+D in conceptualizing a large scale and supply chain type of project. The challenge for SM+D was to tackle the process of converting a large warehouse box with certain aesthetical treatment in façade.

Crost is an Italian concept bakery café.TheBertoni Bakery, launched in 1918, produces over forty types of bread every day, in addition to a myriad of sweet delicacies. Il FornoBertoni'sColomba and Panettone breads are famous at the Vatican, as well as upscale hotels and restaurants throughout Europe. Since 1978, Fabio Bertoni has been responsible for all aspects of the Bertoni Family’s bakeries. SM+D takes pride in creating a Brand new look & feel to store.
