Bin Ham group in 2007 established their properties company in respond to its increasing present in the construction sector. The company specializes in the management of residential, administrative and commercial buildings.

SM+D were appointed to do the extension design of Bin Ham Properties Office .The renovation exercise was a challenge to develop design concept with Arabic and a modern touch.

The Office has two primary design features- Modern Contemporary for the main reception and common spaces and Modern Arabic Design with Tapestry and Mashrabiya Features for the officials office.
