Appointed as Design Consultant for a typical 3 bedroom unit for a mixed used development, SM+D delivered the design with high consideration on typical requirements and cost without compromising the design aesthetic.
The interior is a minimalist contemporary concept showcasing the beauty and simplicity of space, clean execution of color palettes with slight wall accent on feature walls and consistent repetitions of wood accent on fixture and furniture.
A fully executable design with an option for value engineering to meet the design guidelines and cost factor requirements for a contemporary rentable flat.
