SM+D was appointed as a Design Consultant for the Group Housing Complex in Sohna, Haryana, India. Space Planning was taken into consideration in this project. SM+D had allocated each building to create an open courtyard on the centre allowing the shade to come across the open space. Landscape and other exterior features also add up the livable courtyard. Contemporary designs were integrated on the building facades.
