“Dallah” a traditional ornate kettle as a symbol of Oman’s Hospitality, under the guidance of the venerable Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al Said, the Introduction of Integrated Tourism Complexes has been a major initiative. And SM+D, appointed to present a Master Plan Concept, delivered the same with meticulously considering the value of aesthetics, connectivity and functionality. 

A scenic complex development allocated along the ocean front, boasting the Muscat’s Seafaring traditions. Close proximity to major towns and resorts, the complex has its own self-sufficient features.
