Appointed as Design Consultant for the Town housing for their staff for Jindal Shadeed – largest steel company in UAE, SM+D delivered the design with utmost ideas to create a Sustainable and livable community space.

Space planning was delivered with major considerations on the orientation and placements of each building considering the shade and shadows that will cast on open spaces and landscaping. The building was designed not only with a modern and simple approach yet adopting Omani traditions into design but also considering the natural ventilation and sun light. Generous communal areas including swimming pools, gardens, and recreation spaces were planned.
