SM+D pitched in creating the design for the giant warehouse of Landmark Group proposed in the region of UAE. One of the most ambitious projects of landmark group in creating the massive and the largest central distribution center in the whole of GCC. This project marked the expertise of SM+D in conceptualizing a large scale and supply chain type of project.
The challenge for SM+D was to tackle the process of converting a large warehouse box with certain aesthetical treatment in façade. Two options of different character and masses was tried out to suit the project. Our design team aimed at enhancing the interiors through space planning and programming.
