SM+D with the Design & Project management team worked for Sugar Factory, an American Brasserie from US – famous for its mouthwatering menu handcrafted by a team of world class chefs. Situated at the very heart of La Mer near to main drop off point is one of the prestigious designs done for an international brand.
Famous for its couture pops all over the world, the design is a fusion of classical Elizabethan interior and Broadway style to give the customer a celebrity dining experience. Theatrical effects lay to a homier classical ambience introduced to an outdoor beachfront scene. A totally different approach from existing store and enhancing the Sugar Factory Global branding.
